Specific project details, timelines, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements or statements of work.
All content, design, code, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Cyber Bit Byte unless otherwise stated. Clients retain ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cyber Bit Byte retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Payment terms, schedules, and methods are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Cyber Bit Byte reserves the right to adjust pricing for ongoing maintenance or support services with prior notice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary resources, and content required for project completion. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and are subject to review.
Cyber Bit Byte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three (3) years.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Cyber Bit Byte shall deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
